Sr Supply Chain Manager

• Implement purchasing strategy, formulate and improve departmental rules and regulations, develop and fulfill business target according to strategy；
• Sourcing and purchasing management of direct production materials and NPP materials;
• Team management of sourcing/planning/procurement execution team, collaboration across regions and functions;
• Familiar with the supplier base of the main materials, take the lead of continuous optimization of the supplier pool;
• Project Procurement: Set the supplier's parts development schedule based on business requirement, to achieve the cost saving target.
• Supplier Performance Management:
  • Monitor supplier OTD, SPPM, Cost and other performance.
  • Supplier contract management.
• Procurement cost optimization: to achieve annual cost reduction target;
  • Conduct VA/VE project with Engineering team to reduce cost;
• Material planning and procurement execution:
  • Annual procurement planning and orders execution;
  • Inventory management and continuous optimization
  • Management of VMI/JIT mode as well as transportation improvement and cost monitoring

1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. More than 15 years experience in supply chain or sourcing, over 5 years team management experience in country level role.
3. Ability to handle emergencies and cross function project leading.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, In-depth knowledge of sourcing, market trends and cost analysis.
