As an Accounting Supervisor, the candatate is expected to manage finance & accounts function of Carrier Commercial Refergeration. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and experienced professional to join our team! The main objective of this role is to oversee and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations. This involves ensuring that all company transactions are accurately and promptly recorded and that proper accounting procedures are followed. The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for generating essential financial reports and other key information used in management decision-making processes. The incumbent will be responsible for smooth conduct of various audits and other compliances.

• GL Master data maintenance, journal entry preparation and posting;
• Month-end Close activities including: Revenue and costs check; Cost & Expenses allocation; Payroll and Pension journals check; SAP monthly reports generation;
• Accounts reconciliation review and approval; bank reconciliation preparation and approval;
  Tax provision, CIT data preparation 
• Prepare financial statements, sales and margin reports, SGA reports, Supplemental reports and other management review reports as scheduled or as needed.
• Lead and oversee the accounting and financial functions including general accounting and preparation of the Monthly close financial statements.
  Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures working with the accounting team and Finance BP.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure accurate and complete record of company transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations departments on sales and related initiatives to ensure robust accounting processes.
• Ensure and strengthen internal controls and comply with guidelines and SOPs circulated by corporate.
• Support on internal and Statutory audits (including annual stat-to-GAAP and stat report and tax filing)
• Lead and manage the team with proper guidance, supervise on the team’s overall performance
• Identify area of process improvement and contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.

• Proficient in SAP
• Working in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
